Premium subscription and Prices:

Family Stash is a freemium app which both provides basic features at free of cost and premium features with a subscription. You can unlock premium or paid features by buying plans as per your need or choice. Subscriptions are concluded for the term specified in your order. You can choose 1 month plan. Prices are displayed in your local currency (if supported) and always include the applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) by the App Store. We do not guarantee that the features of Family Stash will always be free and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the pricing. Downloading or using Family Stash may incur additional costs for the internet connection according to the standard rates of your ISP. You shall bear all such costs.

Payments and Refunds:

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew itself for another term of the same length, until you cancel it before the current term runs out. The subscription price is charged on the first day of the new term. You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the term of the current subscription.

Refunds:

We generally do not provide refunds for in-app purchases. It is in our discretion to provide refunds.

Account Deletion:

If you would like to delete your account, you can do so by following the steps outlined in the app. When you delete your account, we will delete all personal information associated with your account, including your name, email address, and phone number. We will also delete any user-generated content like that you have posted, commented on, or messaged.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your account and associated data to be fully deleted from our systems. In addition, we may retain certain information for legal or technical reasons, such as backups or log files.

If you have connected your account to third-party services, please note that we may not be able to delete data that has been shared with those services. You may need to contact the third-party service directly to request deletion.

We take the security of your data seriously and have implemented a range of measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
