FamilyStash Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. These Terms include several important legal disclosures and constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and FamilyStash ("Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") that governs your use of the FamilyStash mobile application and any associated services (collectively, the "Services").

Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2.

Eligibility:

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms.

3.

User Accounts and Verification:

In order to use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including a current photo of yourself, address, and email.

4.

Breast Milk Sales and Verification:

If you intend to sell breast milk, you will be required to answer additional eligibility questions and, if found eligible, submit medical test results from your healthcare provider. Only verified and approved sellers are permitted to sell breast milk on our platform. Selling breast milk without our approval is strictly prohibited.

5.

Sale of Products:

You may list children-related products for sale on the Services. All product listings must be accurate and complete, and must not violate any local, state, national, or international laws.

6.

Privacy:

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is as provided in our Privacy Policy.

7.

Payment and Fees:

The Services include a secure payment system. All transactions are subject to a transaction fee, which will be clearly communicated at the point of transaction.

8.

Shipping:

If a buyer opts for the purchased item to be shipped, a shipping label will be provided to the seller. The buyer's address will not be disclosed to the seller.

9.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to engage in any illegal or unethical activities while using our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, posting inaccurate product listings, conducting fraudulent transactions, or violating any aspect of these Terms.

10.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes via the email associated with your account.

11.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold FamilyStash harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, actions, judgments, costs, and expenses brought by a third party arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

13.

Refunds:

All purchases made through the Services are final, unless otherwise stated. However, if a purchased item does not arrive or arrives significantly different than described, buyers may be eligible for a refund. If you have an issue with a transaction, please contact us at contact@familystash.com, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

Please note that all refund requests must be made within a certain time frame and in accordance with our Refund Policy.
